Perpetual Care Fund

Included in the price of every lot at Beatriz Memorial Garden is a monetary amount allocated to a special trust fund, called the Perpetual Care Fund.

This fund is used for the maintenance of Beatriz Memorial Garden. The fund ensures that the property is well maintained, lawns and plants trimmed and manicured, and the park secure, providing a safe, quiet and peaceful surrounding for our clients. In addition, 24 hour security is provided to prevent theft and vandalism.
