Rules and Regulations

• Memorial Park Hours.
  The park will be open from 6:00 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. on November 1.
  
  
• Road Access and Parking Pass.
  Roads near the entrance to Beatriz Memorial Garden will be accessible only to vehicles holding a Beatriz Memorial parking pass. Passes are available at the office, and parking is limited only to Beatriz Memorial Garden clients. Please secure passes from the office at least one week before November 1.
  
  
• Parking and Vehicles.
  Upon arrival, you will be guided into the appropriate parking space. Motorcycles must turn off their engine upon entering and leaving the premises to keep noise at a minimum.
  
  
• Tent Reservation.
  Tent rental is available for a fee. If you would like a tent for your niche or lawn lot, please contact the office at least one week before November 1 to make reservations. Only white tents may be used. Please do not attach or hang material or fabric on the sides of the tents.
  
  
• Use of electrical outlets is prohibited.
  Clients are prohibited from using electrical outlets that are located in the park common grounds.
  
  
• Seating.
  Please bring your own chairs. Chairs will not be provided. Portable beds are prohibited on the lawn.
  
  
• Food and Drinks.
  You may bring food and beverages to the park, but please dispose your garbage in the provided garbage bags. Liquor is prohibited inside the premises. A food vendor will be provided for your convenience.
  
  
• Garbage Disposal.
  Garbage containers will be positioned at different locations in the park. Please help keep the park clean by disposing your trash in these containers.
  
  
• Public Restrooms.
  For your convenience there are two restrooms located near the office: one for females and the other for males. Please keep the restrooms clean. Public urinating is prohibited.
  
  
• No vendors.
  Solicitors and vendors are prohibited in the park.
  
  
• Gambling.
  Gambling is prohibited on the grounds.
  
  
• Rosary and Music Serenade.
  Rosary with music serenade accompaniment is permitted, however, if several groups are present, they cannot perform simultaneously.
  
  
• Music and Other Entertainment Devices.
  Please be mindful of other Beatriz Memorial Garden clients by keeping your music and noise at a reasonable level.
  
  
• General Consideration towards Other Clients.
  Other clients may need peace and quiet as they meditate and pay respect to the memorials of their loved ones. Please be considerate of their needs by keeping your noise level at a reasonable level.
